It appears that Mr William J. Florence , Esq 

Is continuing his retaliatory , Racist , harassment. 

And phone surveillance through my computers and Google accounts. 

I am documenting everything he has done and continues doing. Mr Florence is a egregious Racist, terrorist and creep.

I submitted a letter to the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York over a month ago and I haven't heard back from them. Not even a letter to confirm receipt. Mr. Florence Williams, Esq. has been a practicing attorney since 1965. Thats over 57 years of Bigotry and Racism. 

If you think there aren't any white supremacist in the United States District Court your sadly mistaken. I remember while pleading my initial case against Peekskill Corporation.

Under Kelly v. City of Peekskill Corporation Counsel 05 civ. 

The Judges law clerk meet me in the hallway and explain that I had a hell of a case , I had 2 cases at the same time. The clerk stated ,vMs. Kelly they will never let you win this case in this court because you will set to much presidenc. 

Here we are ten years later and because Judge Brient denied my case , DMAC LLC V. CITY OF PEEKSKILL NEW YORK exist. 

Not addressing the Racism and Bigotry creates criminals, enables and co signs Racial inequity and inequality. 

So now Mr Florence and the Peekskill Police Department are using Winter Henderson my granddaughters mother has their tool to target and harass my son. 

Now they have put a battery in her back ,so she thinks she has immunity because they are using her to address their Racism . 

The Black female  is white supremacy s tool to kill and further disinfranchize Black Men 

She  stalking my son , and Peekskill Police department are clearly aware of her behavior. 

He has a order of protection but they are ignoring the order. But let her say he has stalked her and they'll have the entire Police force ready to kill a negga in the streets.
