Classmates.com I was billed for a two year $96 subscription without notification for something I canceled over two years ago. WA

In reviewing my VISA statement for February 2022, I noticed a $96 charge from PCH*Classmates.com with a Washington telephone number.  I called the number to say that I had canceled my subscription over two years ago and had received no emails from them since that time.  They claimed they send a billing notification 30 days in advance, but I received no such notification. 

They said that they cannot refund subscriptions once charged which seems bogus to me, but they read the contract wording that states they can.  They said they have no record of my cancelation, and I do not have the emails as it was on a sub account of my primary email that I closed shortly after canceling the Classmates.com subscription.  I will attempt to dispute the charge with my VISA provider.
