ClearData International refuse to refund monies they never provided a single lead Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania

I am a Farmwers Insurance Agent, we purchase leads from companies on people that are interested in quotes  businesses. I had signed up with them asking to provide leads in 2020. They took out a total of 3115 and never produced one lead. I called them pointed out the situation and they agree to send me my monies back. well they only sent back a small portion split beteen a few months then stopped. They still owe me 1945.00. I have attempted sevral times along with Farmers Insurance to help get it back. They will not return calls or emails. I contacted Joe on your side from our local news channel and they are trying to help as well. The director of the company Crystal Mount will not return any calls or send me my monies due, she sent emails that I have stating she agreed and would send out it been lots of emails and time spenat and I just want my 1945 dollars back that is due to me. I dont get why she wont send it. I spoke to a few other agents and they have the same issues just not that amount.
