Complaint and Request for Refund - Non-Working NFT Marketplace Script

I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration regarding a recent purchase I made on your platform. On August 22, 2023, I purchased an NFT marketplace script from CodeCanyon, created by BGTASK. The item in question is [Item Name], and I would like to formally report that this script does not function as described in its product description. Furthermore, it has garnered numerous complaints on various review sites, including SiteJabber and others.

Over the course of the past five months, I have enlisted the expertise of four different full-stack developers to assess the issues with this script. All of them have unanimously concluded that it is far from a complete and functional NFT marketplace. Instead, it appears to be, in essence, a scam.

The primary issues with the script revolve around the core functionalities that were promised in the product description. These include:

NFT Marketplace: The script is incapable of creating a functional NFT marketplace. The auction, minting, and selling of NFTs, which were advertised as key features, simply do not work as described or at all.

Customer Support: My attempts to seek assistance from both the seller BGTASK and CodeCanyon's support team have been met with extreme disappointment. Despite being entitled to support for the script, I have been ignored by the seller, and my communications with CodeCanyon support have not yielded any satisfactory resolution.

Overcharging for Fixes: In one particularly concerning instance, the seller attempted to charge me an additional $1,000 USD to address an issue that should have been covered under the included support. This further underscores the lack of integrity in the transaction.

I must highlight that I have not been alone in facing these problems with this script. There is a noticeable pattern of similar complaints and issues posted online by other customers, which reinforces the belief that this is not an isolated incident.

I implore CodeCanyon to take this matter seriously and address it promptly. As a paying customer, I expected a working product and the support to resolve any issues that might arise. Given the substantial amount of money I have invested in this purchase, I believe it is only fair to request a full refund.
