Construction Security USA or Ari Novian This company offered me a job. After completing my due diligence I learned that this company is not licenced and does not have general liability insurance. They wanted me to give contractors a false insurance document. Beverly Hills California

October 2023, I responded to an ad in Zip Recruiter about a sales position for a construction security company called Construction Security USA. Their website claims to have an office at 9757 Wilshire Blvd. I was asked to come to their "temporary office" located at 11601 Wilshire Blvd. I was greeted and taken to a 3rd floor office and told this was a temporary office as 9757 was being renovated. After an hour or so I was offered a job. I was asked to return the following week for training.  Upon returning home I started looking into the company and found out several things.  They don't have an office at 9757 Wilshire. I spoke to the property management company.  I was given a wire transfer document with the address of 9663 Santa Monica Blvd. This location turned out to be a mailbox store. The company claims to have an office at this address in Suite 1400; it is nothing more than a mailbox. This led me seeking out their licence information and I was not surprised to learn Construction Security USA is not licensed.  I was also given a document to present to project managers that do business with. A certificate of general liability insurance. I called the insurance provided to learn the policy numbers we fake and Construction Security USA does not have a policy with them.  I confronted Ari Novian, the "manager" whom I interviewed with. He had an answer for everything. I was simply given the wrong document. He emailed a new certificate of liability insurance and upon following up with the insurance provider I learned this policy expired almost a year prior.  Again, Ari had an excuse and gave me a 3rd certificate a few hours later. This time I learned that this policy was purchased just hours earlier and was general liability to cover home security system installation, in fact his company does not even cover armed or unarmed security guards.  Everything Ari Novian says is a lie. He has no insurance and has no company. He did get my ss# and a copy of my DL. I have reported this company to the Bureau of Security and Investigative Services as well as filed a report with the LAPD.  If you are a contractor please be wary of them passing fake insurance documents.
