We did some business with Mr Corey Weiser and it turned to be a terrible experience. First he will use his fake soft voice and will talk to you like he is your best friend. Once you disagree with him, he will become vindictive and will bash you using the internet .

We want to be sure we express our freedom of speech in regards to Mr Weiser character but  Mr Weiser is trying to intimidate us via the use of threat made by multiple text, phone calls and letter sent by his lawyer.

Our encounter with mr Weiser is not directly related with Weiser financial but with his behavior , immaturity, lack of life experience and respect, arrogance. Mr Weiser does not like NO for an answer. His lack respect for people who do not want to do business with him is out of his world!!!

Mr Weiser will post countless negative reviews about  people and business who encountered  his spoiled, arrogant, immature, compulsive, psycho behavior. From an accountant who did not want to do his tax return filing, a cabinet installer who refused to do business with him, a bank or a restaurant who made him wait in line, a restaurant who take a bit longer to serve him during busy hours...most refused to work with him as he acted like a spoil brat.

Mr Weiser does not like to follow  a company policy and hate No for an answer. Due to behavior we mentioned, in no case we can recommand Mr Weiser as a financial planner with such wierd Character and leave him in charge of our hard working money.

Ripoff Report Response to False Statement in Comment #1

AUTHOR: Ripoff Report Responds - (United States)

POSTED: Monday, January 25, 2021

Ripoff Report strongly believes in the First Amendment, even when it is about us.  We also applaud people for updating their posts if and when they deem appropriate to do so.  Nevertheless, the author of Comment #1 has suggested that Ripoff Report has "admit to hav[ing] posted a review against the wrong person and company" and that is factually incorrect.  As such, it is important for Ripoff Report to provide our side of the story.  Ripoff Report has made no such admission.  The User has purported to have made a mistake ... but that doesn't mean that Ripoff Report knows that to be true or false.  Ripoff Report had no part in the creation of the content at issue to have firsthand knowledge whether or not the content was posted about "the wrong person and company" and it is unreasonable to suggest otherwise.

Users of Ripoff Report's website acknowledge its Terms of Service, twice, including checking a box that, in short language, and among other things, affirms that the post is "valid" and complies with our Terms of Service (which requires that the "the information is truthful and accurate").  Further it explains that submissions are final and cannot later be edited or removed.  This check box affirmation must be checked (it's not pre-checked) before the user presses the submit button. We expect our Users to get the information in their review correct prior to their submission.

Indeed, if a User writes a Report, and they feel the need to later clarify or correct information, as identified in our Terms of Service and the check box, they can always file an Update to the Report to add such additional information, just as this User did here.  Nevertheless, whether a User maintains their position, adds more information to the story, or otherwise later retracts their position, Ripoff Report still has no firsthand knowledge about what version of a User's story is, if at all, accurate.

In conclusion, no, Ripoff Report did not "admit to hav[ing] posted a review against the wrong person and company."

If you've made it this far, thank you for allowing us the opportunity to share with you our side of the story on this one point.  As always, we encourage those who review content on our website to conduct their own due dilligence, reviewing information from multiple sources, before determining whether or not they wish to conduct business with any particular individual or entity.

#1 Author of original report

apology to the recipient of the review posted against the wrong individual and company

AUTHOR: Dominique - (United States)

POSTED: Monday, January 25, 2021

I am the original author of the review left in March 2019 and corrected in February 2020 against Corey Weiser  owner of Weiser financial. After strong evidence and meeting with the recipient who contact me in regard to the review i posted , i can assure that i left the review against the wrong recipient. Not only  Mr Corey wesier does not look like the individual we had a bad experience with but the company he represents is also wrong. The recipent has been able to reach out to me as i posted a review on another site where it was easier to find me.

At this time , i want to apology to mr Corey Weiser and the harm i did to him and his  company. After contacted the property manager from the property where our bad experience occured, the review should have been posted against a Jason Weiser from the Bahamas who is involved in a property asset management . However , we would need to see the face of that individual to be sure we do not make the same mistake again. I have been trying to get my original review removed  to avoid hurting an innocent individual and his business but Ripoff report refused so far. I am just a bit frustrated with the situation as i really thought ripp off report goal was to protect freedom of speech and protect  author opinion also when they admit to have posted a review against the wrong person and company. As a gesture to the innocent person, i wanted to file this rebuttal in good faith .
