Initially went to this place because they offer free loaner cars. The loaner car they gave me was a lemon. Returned it next day and was never given one instead was told to rent my own car. Asked for my car back and was given an invoice of $1051 for storage fee, gate fee, admin fee and Paid them $4500 for body work due to a t-bone on drivers side.

Insurance estimate states to use new parts but was given old parts instead. Never received a detailed invoice nor detailed estimate. Was told I’m not entitled to one in the state of Florida. When i called for update was hung up on. Car was left outside behind a fence with no doors vulnerable to the sun and rain.

This is letter to them..I am writing this 3rd request for invoice of work performed on my vehicle which by law I am entitled to. Your staff recently stated by phone and in person that in the state of Florida I am not entitled to my requests for invoice of work performed on my vehicle that you had from May 16, 2019 to June 7,2019. The law actually states different.

Please read the 2018 Florida statutes 559.905 -written motor vehicle repair estimate and disclosure statement required-as well as 559.909. I paid you $4491 for poor quality work. My battery was stolen and you gave me another old battery. Work was performed on right side of my vehicle when it was not to be touched.

You took out my parallel lines on right side of vehicle and left grooves on entire side so it can match the work you performed on the left side. The seals are coming off. The passenger door does not shut all the way. There is overspray inside my vehicle as well as the outside. Paint is peeling off. You reused parts that were to be replaced according to insurance estimators paperwork.

You put parts on my car that does not go with my vehicle. You gave me my vehicle back with check engine light on. My gas tank was empty when it should have been halfway full. You did not replace my left front rocker scuff plate but instead reused same when paperwork clearly states "remove and replace”, as well as the inform tire pressure caution label. Instead you stuck old one on front window. My left door panel was to be replaced but instead you reused old one.

There are plugs/stoppers missing on doors. My left door opening panel seal is falling off. The caulking was never put on. I have gaps everywhere. Plastic is peeling on interior dashboard from sun as you left my car outside for almost 3 weeks with no cover, exposed to the sun rays and rain. The quality of work from your business was very poor as well as the lack of communication from you and your workers. I was not called once for an update. When my wife called she was hung up on.
