www.centraldispatch.com is owned by Cox Automotive (a very bad company).

When you login to CentralDispatch.com you immediately notice a Fraud Warning.

They are aware the companies that pay CentralDispatch.com to post loads and the carriers that move the loads are both comming MAJOR FRAUD... but they do NOT care.

Carriers with no credentials are allowed to access this load board.  Before Cox Automotive bought CentralDispatch the members were always screened and checked.

Many carriers on the system have false documents uploaded regarding their insurance coverage and their DOT credentials.   CentralDispatch no longer cares about this fraud.  Even if another member brings it to their attention - they do nothing to stop it.  Shameful conduct by money hungry people at Cox Automotive.

Brokers that have F Ratings with the Better Business Bureau are allowed to continue to commit fraud and steal from truck drivers using this dispatch board.  Cox Automotive does NOT care.

Zero customer service from www.centraldispatch.com.

If you have any trouble with the system they do not want to listen, but rather ask you send them an email which is never responded to "EVER".  They do NOT care if you are having a problem.

Central Dispatch and the parent company Cox Automotive should be avoided at all costs.  It is loaded with deception and fake credentials from both brokers and carriers.  Nothing about Central Dispatch can be trusted.

Let me give you one small example.

If you are a broker and you rate a carrier with a poor rating because they hurt your customer by not transporting the vehicle according to contract, once the carrier fixes the problem, you can not remove the rating (or change it to a positive rating).   Why is this bad?

If you continue to hurt a company by continueing to display negative information about that company (even when the customer was made whole again through compensation or whatever), that is false information posted nationwide.  CentralDispatch will never allow you to change a rating once is posted.   What is stopping a lawyer from filing a lawsuit for libel (slander in writing)?   Nothing.   So a broker that files a negative review on Central is at risk for a lawsuit.   Why use the rating system at all if that is the case?

So now the brokers are catching on to this and not giving the carriers the negative reviews they deserve.   This makes it harder for the broker to know who to use and who not to use when choosing a carrier.   THIS MAKES CENTRALDISPATCH.COM USELESS!!!

The same is true on the reverse.  Carriers are afraid to give a broker a negative review because they will be libel in the future too if a problem is corrected.

I do not like a company that will not talk to their customer base "ever".   They say "send us an email".    Why don't they just say "we don't care".... it's the same thing to these people at Cox Automotive.

Did you know that Cox Automotive owns Dealertrack (the software that many dealers use to print out all the forms a customer signs at the dealer to get their car out of the dealership)?

Did you know that Cox Automotive owns the Manheim Auto Auctions nationwide?  Drivers have to sit in line at Manheiim for 4-6 hours at most places because these auction sites are run by the lowest paid min. wage people with no incentive to move faster.  Carriers are starting to refuse to pickup orders that are at these Manheim auction location nationwide.

Did you know that Cox Automotive owns Kelly Blue Book?    Yes, that is right.  The people that auction cars at Manheim are telling you what the car is worth in Kelly Blue Book?   How corrupt is that?   IF that is not a tale of the fox guarding the hen house, I don't know what is!!!

Buyer beware.  Even big conglomerates like Cox Automotive can be extremely froth with fraud at every level.   Know who you are doing business with and be extremely cautiious.

It's funny to me how carriers have to be DOT legal and ride with proper insurance that can be checked by police officers whenever they are pulled over, but Cox is does not have oversight by any agency what-so-ever.    They can help carriers that commit fraud to continue to commit fraud year after year and never be held accountable.  Amazing.

It's sort of like the State of Florida allowing attorney's to practice law even though they are taking drugs for bi-polar dissorder.  Lawyers do not have to disclose this to their clients.  Amazing huh.   Even auto transport brokers have to be bonded.  Not Central Dispatch.  They throw up a disclaimer on their site and can operate with no credentials for doing what they do.  Even though they bought the monopoly (all brokers and dealerships and carriers need a centrallized website to make sure they are the only company involved with the transport of a consumers vehicle).    What a scam.

Let me give you a very detailed example of what I am talking about.

BWT Group LLC (Glencove, FL) had an F Rating with the BBB and also had multiple red flags for a "continues pattern of fraud".   They were allowed to operate on Centraldispatch.com as a broker.

When BWT Group LLC changed their name to www.movewheels.com (same owner at BWT Group LLC) they too were allowed to operate on Central Dispatch even though they were just a subsidiary of BWT Group LLC.    when MoveWheels.com started to receive very bad ratings the name was changed again to GetCarrier.com and they too were allowed to continue on CentralDispatch.com.    Same owner - all three companies.  This broker using three different names was allowed to continue to ripoff carriers for their fees and consumers for their cars being delivered damaged and for higher prices than expected (bait and switch tactics)..... yes never thrown off CentralDispatch.com.

You've been warned.   Don't trust carriers.  EVER.  Don't trust Brokers either.  Get their credentials and then check them using government agency websites before ever letting them touch your car.

Let Me Correct You

AUTHOR: Irv - (United States)

POSTED: Friday, August 11, 2023

First, you are absolutely CORRECT regarding the fraud and deception many carriers are pulling in regard to loads. No problem at all there and I wish I knew how to correct it. Perhaps if one of the fake insurance carriers has a large enough claim, that's when the end of that sleazy practice will end. However, you can forget the BBB and their PHONY BALONEY. The BBB is NOT part of ANY government or law enforcement body. They are NOT the business police. If ANY business wants an "A+" BBB "rating", they BUY IT. The BBB has absolutely ZERO POWER to force any business to do anything nor enforce any business laws. The ONLY purpose of the BBB is to SELL their PHONY ratings and their PHONY accreditations to ANY business which wants to buy them. It is a pay for play operation well known among the business community. Would you want to go to a doctor who has a nice, official looking certificate hanging on the wall which was PURCHASED? That is what the BBB and their PHONY BALONEY is all about. Attach zero importance to the BBB. The BBB is absolutely worthless. STAY SAFE!
