Craig Cat Erik Craig Robert Craig Elana Craig Wired $39k. Never received paid for items. I was assulted & battered by representative of company. Company never refunded any money to me. Orlando Florida

On 11/6/19 I entered into a contract with Craig Cat (CC) of Orlando to supply me with 3 Key West mini catamaran boats, 3 30 HP Evinrude outboard motors, 1 Lowrance Elite 7 Ti2 Solarmax GPS, 3 GPS installations, 5 sets of 2 Uniden waterproof two way radios, 4 10 inch aluminum props, 1 Evinrude service manual, 1 EZ Loader trailer, 3 registration and titling fees, & freight/delivery for all above. I paid for all on 11/8/19. I paid $37,957 via wire & $1,310 by credit card for smaller items.

Tractor trailer driver was 2 hrs 45 mins late. Driver said "if (CC) had the truck loaded on time he would have been here on time". Driver told us that we owed him $100 for his additional time. Driver became belligerent & started cursing. Driver DEMANDED $100 & would not even open the back of the truck for review of items. Driver told me "let the men talk & to stay out of it". Driver states AGAIN he is not unloading the truck until he gets paid. Driver (6'3") assults & batters me (5'3" senior citizen female). Driver says he shouldn't have to be dealing with a woman. I called CC & told Erik that their driver just battered me & Erik started SCREAMING at me & calling me every name in the book that I could have ever imagined in my life. Erik & his father on the phone were berating my husband & our business calling him an a-hole, & MF'er, SOB, a moron, & idiot, he kept saying what a stupid name our business was & only a moron would name it that & you are not going to do any business. CC doesn't want to do business with us because we are morons & stupid & he shouldn't do business with us. Driver assults & batters me again. Law enforcement arrives. Driver STILL will not open the back of the truck to let me view the items. Driver leaves. I have been trying to get my money back. CC offered to return half. Invoice #17889

I went to ER with seizure/panic attack. Now suffer from PTSD, heart attack, depression, avolition. I can't deal with stress. I'm ill I cannot loose my $39k.
