Executive Director) Phiinest (Rob Ingram,.. perhaps being impersonated by Steven Barnish) They Scamed us for a financial gaurantee insurance bond

These companies were recommended by Rob Ingram of Phiinest Consultant, who either is impersonated by Steven Barnish or is an AKA. The recommended Investment company providing a loan to our company required a financial gaurantee bond, as we sent monies for premium payment for the bond, requests were made for additional fees,... we paid two more times for Bloomberg posting fees and bond courier fees, for the courier fees we ask for a gaurantee that no other fees would be require and received a letter gauranteeing this.  Then the courier said they can't dilivery it and needed more fees,.. kept wanting more money?..  All totaled we gave over $200,000 to this Scam do not work with these companies, you'll be sorry.

I believe this is a criminal intent by bad players, and there is a similiar report a few years earlier on ripoff report having these same players such as Steven Barnish, and Peter Choi.  I would hope that the Police Authorities of England and Singapore would take a look at these players and companies, we have records of phone calls and emails.
