4Crests Coat of Arms and Family Crests Store Unresponsive rip-off con-artists -- STAY AWAY! Spokane Washington

I made a purchase of two coat of arms flags on Feb. 3, 2017. They sent me back a form letter confirmation email saying they received my order, full of info regarding how they process and ship the order. Then about a day later they sent an email asking me to proof the crests for the two surnames I chose, which were not at all like the crests we are familiar with, and I told them so right away, and that I would send them our real family crests (which they ask you to do if you want the flags made with your chosen crests on them), which I did, having them hold the order until I got them graphic files of our crests within a day or two. After that, I heard NOTHING from them. I sent 4 or 5 subsequent emails asking them for confirmation that they had received the corrected proofs and they would be manufacturing the flags based on them. NOTHING. $89.93 for two flags, and NO RESPONSE, now, roughly two weeks after their last email.

I have rightfully put in for a chargeback with my bank, and advise anyone looking to purchase coat of arms products to avoid this company. Shop around, check the reviews, and make sure you get a human being on the phone before transacting. I didn't do that, and just today phoned the number that's listed in the Google search results and -- surprise! -- it's no longer in service. They're also listed as being at the physical address of 3321 W Horizon Ave, Spokane, WA 99208, but another address comes up for them on Magnesium Rd. in Spokane. All in all, they look like fraudsters to me and to a growing list of ripped-off people. How can they still be in business?
