Crunch Fitness club has terminated my membership based on bias and discrimination. All parties involved were black individuals and the altered the truth but everything is video.

On April 16 I went to the gym at about 8 o’clock in the evening and black men in his 40s, 5.7 height, he started to scream at me like a mad dog, and threaten to physically assault me. I was discussing with the personal trainer the incident I had with a member who refused to allow me to work with her but she was on the phone texting whatever have you. This black man attempted twice to come up to me and  threaten me to physically assault me within 10 minutes that night , but I ignored him because I wasn’t going to stand  to his level to engage in a violent situation like that. It was very embarrassing for me to be in standing in the middle of the gym and everybody was looking and laughing, because it was like a comedy show the people around.

About three months ago, I went to pick up a 45lb plate from a machine which nobody was using and  this exact same person ran up to me screaming and ranting to leave the plate there because he was using the machine and I said to him how many plates do you need?  “He said I need them all “but he was on another machine training someone at the time.  He was again screaming like a mad dog and saying things to me, but ignored him and I went to work out on another machine.

While I was on the machine, he ran towards full of anger with the intention to provoke me and he demanded that I would share the machine with him and the person he was training. I said to him I don’t want share the machine with you because of the way you behave before and he ran downstairs, and brought the receptionist. I had explain to the receptionist what happened in and I had filed a complaint against him, but I never heard anything from anyone and I don’t even know even they even got it.

When this person was threatening me to physically assault me, I was almost going to call the police. I expect to go to the gym to do my workout and leave without having to engage in any violence, or put myself in a harm’s way. What gives this individual the right to treat me like that, who gives this individual the right to think that he can that? Does he think that he can threaten to physically assault other members, and get away with it, who gave him that impression? We live in a land of laws and order, not in a jungle where animals kill each other. It seems to me that he thinks that he can do whatever he wants without any consequences. Who gave him the idea that he can do that?

I was standing talking to the manager, personal trainer and  he didn’t even say to him please calm down he was standing there, laughing  just like the rest of the gym, this is not funny. What if this guy had a gun with him and shoot me because he has mental problems

I go to the gym no longer than 40 minutes I do my work out and I live because I have other things and I’m busy with my life , I don’t go to the gym to engage in violent activities with people who have nothing else to do with their lives. People go to the gym and sit on the machines and they spend so much time on their phone than on the exercise itself and there is not a single sign at the gym telling them don’t do that,   but when someone is threatening somebody else’s life, it’s extremely very serious and the gym should take this very seriously because the next time somebody may get killed by some crazy person like that.
