A middle aged dark skin male has been tresspassing and snooping around properties in the small towns around Las Vegas posing as an "insurance agent"

He left what appeared to be fraudulent court papers claiming to be "Cutis Joshua Sterling Omier" and asking residents to sign off on payments to him.

The cases and claims on the documents were checked against public records and showed that the case was closed or dismissed.

The suspect is seen driving a white sedan with Nevada plates 197 ZVF. Public records on Omier show active warrents, failure to appear, and other insurance fraud.
