Troy, Tony B, and Steve Hayden and wife are criminals.  Signed contracts with them on a Thursday afternoon to start immediately following Monday. 

BEWARE-SCAM-STOLE MONEY FROM US In The Cut Tree Service and Remodeling LLC Stole $2k Trying to get them to do job. Hired Them for 1. Large pile of Debris Removal 2. Grading for drainage and pavers preparation, and 3. One Palm Tree Removal. RUN AWAY AS THE OWNERS AND CONTRACTORS TO BE CRIMINALS! I am an astute local Homeowner, Business Owner, Member of WPCC, and a very involved humanitarian in and around Winter Park and Greater Orlando. I am also very well versed in construction trades as a Owner of one myself. I live in the Pines and contacted this company with a card they left in my door 2 weeks ago. I hired them. Authorities contacted and Legal Actions are being taken immediatlely, but I have also contacted this Companies Owner directly to communicate the situation, in hope they will do what is right legally and morally which is simply finish what was agreed to in contract.

A bit more detail:
Arrived Day 1 and looked to have gotten most items done, and thye were paid 70% of the job on that day. The only thing left was to pick up all their debris which they used an excuse saying that their trailer broke the day before from carrying too much concrete..
So, after the initial Start Last Monday, to then waiting each day a communication that trailer is fixed and they were goig to return to the property to grab debris and finish grading, they finally called me and arranged to meet me at property today Sat Feb 4th, Today. I met them just before noon, they were working on grading and forming up piles and getting ready to haul debris, so it looked like. Im in slack and collared shirt coming from church, and I even jumped in to start helping them as all is good at moment and we just want to get all done, and piles of debris removed. Figured they wanted the last several hundred dolllars of the job and to finish up. Troy the foreman and the bobcat crew were fighting amongst themselves, about something about my job I believe. then bobcat crew got so mad they decided to leave, and Troy said he was sorry and he was embarassed about how those guys acted, but we still had about 2 piles of debris to scoop away.

I then explained to Troy i needed to go help my girls fold up a Girl Scout Cookie stand we had set up right down the street, and he told me to "Go enjoy my kids and Ill call you later" so i drove home not even 1 mile down the road to go meet with my kids who were selling cookies at a stand for the local Girl Scouts to close up their stand. I wait for Call from Troy, never comes. I wait all day, no calls, i call Troy, no answer.
Around 430pm, my kids and I and family drive down to the property Super Excited to see the final clearing and to go scootering on the new large pad we had cleared, and to our dismay, we found the entire property to not only NOT FINISHED but Damaged, Destroyed, Skid Steer tore up the leveled areas, all my debris was left behind, with additional debris from elsewhere and they even spread trees out in designs of some sort across property?.

Trying to get ahold of owners to discuss, but all communicatoin, contracts, etc, was done through this gentleman Troy who has disappeared after the destruction of my property.
I met Deputies at the property Sunday, and asked them to call Troy. he finally picked up. Troy stated that they redumped all on my property casue their trailer broke again and they could not haul away. Yet no one called me to let me know they would be back to grab later. and to this day, Troy, nor Owners are picking up their phones for me anyways, and thus, just took all my cash, and nothing was done at my property. This property is in Winter Park and Property was being prepped for a Charity Not for Profit project to help kids and teens learn mechanics and other trades by offering shop time to various local organizations at no cost. Simply sad.

Filing suit in court, for nonperformance on contract, as obviosuly not one item was finished per contract, yet they got paid. Criminals.
