Cyndy’s Natural Hair Space New Concept Dominican Salon Price gouging of services half performed and not performed Georgia

I went to Cyndy's Natural Hair Space for a wash and set. The hairstylist Cindy Anderson  washed my hair, and OMG... she was so rough. She had no finesse or no passion for hair to be a hair stylist. She pulled, tuck and manhandled my hair so bad. I thought I was going to have a nervous breakdown in her chair.

 She asked if I wanted a deep conditioner for additional $25.00, she said it will be additional to $55.00 for the wash and set. I respectfully declined. As SHE started to roll my hair, I noticed her attitude changed. She roughly tugged on my hair and threw only 4 rollers in my 18 inches of long hair when normally I get about 10-12 rollers. She placed me under the dryer for 10 minutes, at this point I was pissed.

She became very ratchet. I questioned her and then she got CRazy. Then came the flat ironing process!!! She used a large flat that make this loud clapping sound while doing my hair. I sustained multiple burns to my scalp and a huge one in my forehead. I could smell my hair burning as she curled it. She intentionally turn her flat iron on the highest setting. When I told her she's said hush.

It is sad that she identify this salon as natural hair salon. She uses cheap products and the heat is so hot that it left my hair so damage.  She uses no heat protection products.  When she finished my hair and I begin to pay her, she increased her price another $45.00, increasing to $100.00  for just a wash and set.

She will increase the price on you without notice and get very rude if you deny her up charges. I watched her literally argue with another client when I first walk in after they were complaining her upcharging them.  I should have left then... SHE HAS A NASTY Attitude!!! and is SUPER PRICE GOUGING her clients.

Will not be going back there or recommending anyone to her.
