Dadvocates attorneys of Denver Co SH Law solutions Samirs Habib Olivia Larson Trish Wilkerson Jamie Howell Stole money without consent and lied about work performed l Denver Colorado

On October 27th 2021 i had a phone conference with Samera Habib of the Dadvocates Law firm(SH LAW Solutions Co sec #20161142350) Who had impressed me in the fact that My Wives attorney was quite bothered by her as my Legal Counsel. It was the first time i had seen him with any nervous look at all.

I assumed Samera must have had some luck in court against him as she instructed me of his nature from her opinion. First complaint come the day of court without notifying me In was unpleasantly surprised when Ms. Olivia Larson was representing me. Second complaint Ms. Larson did not seem aggressive enough when the point of a false temporary restraining order was issued against me when I already possessed a civil protection order from the domestic violence my ex wife was convicted and sentenced to jail time for her brutal attack on me.

Not only a false obtained order but the second one that she had lied to acquire and worse with no proof the judge awarded her this order even after she admitted to violating the order i had against her. Ms larson was not who I hired.

Third complaint I was charged a $5,000 dollar retainer on 10/27/2021 along with subsequent billings for a couple weeks to follow equalling 2,477.69. A total of $7,477.69 For items invoiced that they did not complete or even try to complete. This amount was billed to me for Calling a drug testing facility supposedly everyday, 3 different people sending me the same emails daily, one webX appearance and them billing hours for talking?

In the end when i asked to be contacted in reference to these invoices, i was told there was not any retainer left to talk to me? Additional billing continued up until 3/9/20 months after i told them to withdraw. This billing was done without my permission. They accomplished nothing for me and took $7500. No work? and they took money? To me i was scammed. I definitely did not get the service provided as promised. They withdrew in January, kept taking money until March? 

Update: filed complaint with The Better Business Bureaus, still no return calls or offer of making right for what they did wrong. You would think with people who deal with courts on a daily basis would have a better grasp on honesty, integrity and the trust that goes into your lawyers in a child custody case. Not these women.

Perfect example of chauvinistic  egotistical females demanding they get equal rights if not expecting more. When it comes to taking responsibility your best bet is they are noware to be found. It's sad when you have to pay one attorney to get back money from the crooks calling themselves attorneys who cost you more than financial loss.

I am putting this warning out in the publics eyes so hopefully not one other person has to suffer the loss of a child's well being and time due to this companies indicative lieing  and laziness charging their customers top notch price? Do yourself a favor and steer clear of these crooks!
