Dar home company llc David Rodriguez 27,000 dollars and 9 months later job not complete Alvin Tx

Contract signed July 3, 2021. Was for driveway, walkway, extended back patio, stamped concrete and French drains. Driveway and walkway was poured but no final clean up or hauling of the gravel that was in the contract. There is still gravel and PCs oof concrete they left in the yard. Back patio pour was done but stamped concrete was damaged and repair was not done.

French drains were done poorly, but the leveling of the ground was not which was in the contract. 27k later we still have all the above not completed. We’ve reached out with no response or date of completion. It’s now been 8 months.  He admitted that they could not correct the stamped concrete so he offered to build my brick mail box at his expense.

That was in Dec of 2021. Still nothing and no response. Either a refund needs to be done for the back patio/ stamped concrete or a complete demo od the job and then done correctly. Patio is holding water due to their mistake. Alvin Tx
