I have had nothing but problems with this company. They flat out lied about the programs capabilities and pricing. I was told one price and now I find out im paying over 3x what I quoted for backup services. They told me it was $80 TOTAL but I didnt notice 2 words (per agent) located in ONE AREA in the contract. So now instead of paying $80, which is $20 less than my old provider, im paying $320. I am 100% sure I was told multiple times it was $80 total for the backup service.

They changed their invoices so you cannot tell what is paying for what. You get charged multiple times from differnt business names to confuse you as to what youre actually paying.

My first month I was charged 2X for my endpoints and when I brought it up my rep said I use more than 25 endpoints instead of actually looking into it. I told them I wanted the money refunded and they just put a credit on my account instead.

Lets talk about the actual program. Its actually a web app BUT it looks like it was built in 2003 in ASP.NET. Hell I've seen 20 year old ASP site that look better and more modern than datto.

I came from N-able and datto cannot do 1/10th of what N-able was capable of doing. Next to none of the components they provide actually work. They have ZERO integrated AV products so you have to monitor MULTIPLE consoles cause theirs tells you nothing about installed AV, except if its installed.

These people are liars and thiefs. They might as well be scammers from India. I assume this is where most of their sales people came from, that or they used to be used car salesmans.

Do not use this company. If they call your company tell them to never contact you again, dont worry they wont listen and will call you again and again until you blow up and start dropping F bombs on them.

I knew I shouldnt have signed up for this. I wanted a cheaper solution, if only slightly, and they told me all the right lies.
