Don't know if the partner defrauded D Sanchez or if D Sanchez defrauded the partner in this case:
This IS the David R Sanchez of the bonds offering owner of Manhattan First that operates in Georgia whose owner David R. Sanchez also represents Mercantile Resource Group (MRG) Inc. and is the defendant in Lombardo v MRG.
David Sanchez prevailed in the case, and the court "vacated" a previous courts default judgement against him. The Plaintiff, Steven Lombardo, claims the bonds were owed to him in a 50/50 agreement and Sanchez refused to deliver. Sanchez said that Lombardo sent the request to deliver to the wrong address and forged his name to an agreement he didn't make.
William Owens offered us an "opportunity" to buy into his share of an investment in Manhattan First Inc. (MFI) to be paid back with a 50:1 ROI out of MFI's 1st distribution of 60M from sale of those bonds to William Owens (a distribution he probably will never get). The fund is purportedly from an inheritance and the money raised will be used for humanitarian projects and to help Native Americans. Those claims may be a ruse to create links to legitmate organizations/individuals with similar names, accreditation and goals to present legitimacy where none exists.
This is the only other thing I found that was verifiably linked to the investment "opportunity".
