Back in 2017 I was amazed to join DesignBundles and start selling my designs there. However, about a week my store became disabled, for no reason.
Without any letters or notifications from the DesignBundles team. Simply nothing! :(
Then I opened a ticket to be assisted via the ticket system. My ticket was closed during the day without providing a single word :( I reopened it and provided some extra details, and it became closed again, without a word of answer.
All posts on social media asking to resolve the issue were removed.
All requests via email and support tickets are ignored.
And there is another thing that looks incredibly dishonest to me, if not saying :( I can't log in to my admin account and you keep selling my digital products!
It sounds like a pure scam to me.
Digital creators and buyers! Please beware of these scammers!
