I am another consumer and this rip off report is accurate because they tried to rip me off as well!!! They took my money and ran...Not one call or email from them when I started calling them to find out where the product was...Thank God my credit card company was able to get my money back when I disputed...the company is owned by Steve and Mark Anderson and is really based out of Teaneck New Jersey...Until you've paid, they will call you from a phone number based in Irvington, New Jersey, right next to Newark, New Jersey...

The reason that is significant is because they advertise that they are in a location in Newark California.  Their real address is 264 Hemlock Terrace, Teaneck, New Jersey 07666...Now, they have begun to start harrassing me, because I was able to get my money back and I'm getting disgusting texts from the phone number 213-419-3097 saying that it's Michael from Design Dok...I have made a complaint to the New Jersey Attorney General...Anderson's email is steve.anderson@designdok.com

Well, the whole thing that you told is not the truth. Our work was 100% according to your guidelines and was fit to your instructions. Our professionals worked hard to make the work creative and best for you; however, still, you were reluctant to accept the fact.
