As per YOUR SERIOUS ALLEGATIONS, this attorney is involved allegedly in some major dishonesty, right? Please tell us, if all these ALLEGATIONS are true, why are there absolute NO DISCIPLINARY actions against her at the State Bar? If she simply disappeared, why could I find her after about a 30 second search on the internet? While you're pondering those questions, here's a few more. Who do you plan to use to defend you in an upcoming libel action against you? Have you picked an attorney yet? How do you plan to defend yourself when thru the Discovery Process, you are very easily tracked down as part of the investigation? Do you actually think you are hiding behind a keyboard??? I wouldn't be a bit surprised if the next contact from an attorney with you is when you receive notice of the actions against you over your libelous assertions. Have fun!
