Dimensional Roofing and Diagnostics is a commercial roofing company specializing in single ply roofing and metal roofing. They supply their services to both new construction and new roof markets. They provide their clients the highest quality materials, a five year warranty on installation, and over twenty seven years of roofing experience. Leads for Dimensional Roofing and Diagnostics are primarily obtained through referrals. Matthew Lamz went on to explain the following about obtaining leads, "we pursue buildings that look like they are shopping centers or something like that...look like they are in need of a roof or might have been in the path of a storm that might give them the opportunity for a claim."

Additionally, they are members of the Texas Self Storage Association which allows them to network through different network groups of home and building owners who may be in need of their services. Potential clients will receive an onsite estimate as well as a thorough explanation of their services, "we usually go into counselor mode. Kind of an education type mode and we find that when our customers, when they learn, it's no longer selling anymore. They are learning about their own system, their own building, their own roof, their own needs, what's out there; the price differences, and why the prices are different. At that point they're able to make a good decision as to what they need and what they can afford."

During the onsite inspection Mr. Lamz was asked to explain a situation where a client was not satisfied with the level of service or product provided. Mr. Lamz expressed that recently on a commercial site there was an issue while installing gutters. In order to deal with this complaint, "the customer had some questions about it and he didn't expect for us to remove and replace and fix them all like that but it's just because we specialize and we do so much metal we couldn't leave it like that so we went ahead and replaced it." Dimensional Roofing and Diagnostics takes great pride in their work as well as the satisfaction of their clients, "once it got taken care of it looked a whole lot better and we felt better and that was big part of it too."

When asked to comment on complaints posted on Ripoff Report's website Mr. Lamz stated, "the two claims that were made were made by a disgruntled employee. They were not made by a consumer. So neither of the complaints were made about our product or our service. One claim was an outrageous claim stating that myself and other employees were engaged in money laundering and insurance fraud, prostitution, gambling, drugs, everything under the sun that he could possibly think of."
