On October 19th 2021 at 1:34pm EST. I placed an order for $1873.53 for automotive wheels and tires for one of my company vehicles and recevied an order number and actually had the funds removed from my Corporate Bank Account momments later.
About 30 mintues later the sales person calls me back and states my transaction was flagged by thier creditcard processing company called Signifyd Inc. for unknown reasons and my order would be canceled by them. Meanwhile my $1873.53 is in limbo/hold for 72 hours before that charge would be dropped off by my bank.
Called the Discount Wheel Warehouse's Manager of Accounting and spoke with a woman named Sara who states although she is the manager of the entire accounting dept. of Discount Wheel Warehouse there's no one she can call and nothing she can do to help the situation.
Potential customers of Discount Wheel Warehouse beware, your order can be canceled by them for no reason and your funds be held at any time...
