Buying online is difficult enough when the buyer can't see or feel the product. It's a general rule that if a company is going to sell items online a certain latitude has to be granted for the inability to inspect (e.g. photos just aren't enough). Bought four (4) pairs of dog boots using sizing directions provided online. Three (3) were too small, and one was XXL (not sure how that happened)? Total sale price for 4 shoes provided "free" shipping.

Upon arrival it was obvious that not only do the shoes not fit my dog; they are a novelty and aren't for actually doing anything beyond perhaps walking to the park and back. I need boots that can be used for hiking and rough terrain. Asked for return merchandise authorization and was denied even though boots are still in same package, 3 of which are completely unopened.

Seller has a pretty strict return policy, but nothing in the policy suggested that the shoes wouldn't be returnable. I even offered to pay the original shipping and return shipping; but Mr. Noy Burris still declined to accept returns even after explaining that I have no way to sell them and I don't sell/resell dog boots nor have the mechanism to sell them (nor would I want to unless someone just wants cheap boots that can't actually serve a purpose).
