I would like to bring into your attention about an unpleasant experience I had while I visited Domino's Pizza on 15th November at 8904 62nd Ave, Berwyn Heights, MD 20740 at 06:19 P.M, enclosed you shall find a copy of my receipt. I wanted to report an inconvenience experienced at the said branch.     The cashier tried convincing me for some bacon pizza, but I asked him that it was against my religion. I placed the order of Large chicken pizza on 06:22 p.m. and the estimated order to get ready was 06:39 p.m. I was told after 30 minutes that I was few minutes short to get it. I was starving since I was busy at the office the whole day. The same cashier came over to me with a large bacon and a medium chicken pizza and tried persuading me to accept it to which I refused. In addition, It appeared that he tried selling the same pizza to a random customer for something around $10 in cash (unrecorded transaction). Even, he refused to accept that pizza. After a few minutes he told me that he was now getting my pizza ready to be baked and told me that he could not understand my accent (racial discrimination). I placed my order to a different guy and this guy had to simply follow the order item mentioned on the receipt. He was behaving very rudely to me, and I feel he had a biased motive against me. When I asked him about my pizza, he claimed that he tried preparing it three times and he started to mock me up. I tried asking him to call the manager and he kept ignoring me and told me that he would call the cops despite the fact I was calm during the whole conversation. The cop ( J. Lownes, Berwyn Heights) came, and I tried explaining the whole story to him. The dominos guy gave the cop a note with Team Washington number and then was forwarded to me by the cop. The customers took my support, and I did exchange my number with that random customer(Mohamed Bangoura) who was witness for the whole incident. You might contact him at mbangoura87@gmail.com (301- 377- 4431). Sadly, I left the store with nothing in hand to eat and felt very insulted as he quoted about my accent. I am a recent graduate student and I do not feel that I am that bad when it comes to English language.
