Ms. Donna Tow works at the Wimberley Tax Office.  She defrauded me when registering a vehicle.  This is excatly what happend.....

I walked into the building and was rudely greeted by Donna Tow.  She displayed zero kindness or happiness in her greeting.  Just plain rude, like an old school teacher that hates her life.  I ask to perform a vehicle registration, and I explained how the car has not been driven in two years. 

 She completely ignored my explaintion and quickly asked who owned the car and address.  I then answered her questions and then asked if the new registration would be valid for one or two years.  She coldly looked at me with out any emotion other than annoyance, and asked if it has been driven. 

I told her I drove it to get inspected and to the registration office.  She did not answer my intial question.   Time went by while waiting on the process.  Once I paid and process was complete,  she handed me the paperwork.  I looked over the work and discovered the registration that I paid 80$ for expired at the end of the month. 

I ask Donna Tow why that was and she coldly and rudely said that I drove the car.  I told her I drove it to the inspection and to the registration office.   She then told me I said I did drive the car.  Texas law allows vehicles to be driven for repairs, inspections and registraions without consquence. 

After hearing all this, I did get angry and curse and was asked to leave.   Donna then called her supervisor and make fictious and demeaning statements regarding our communication.   She is a Liar and a Thief that has zero compassion and zero control in her life.

The  community needs to know that the people that work for goverment agencies have little or no consquence for their actions.    If you are looking to hire this woman , please ask her to do an assessment on her personality and you will see what an old bitter woman Donna Tow is.
