This bizarre organization is one of the most badly mismanaged, horrific, sick, prejudiced, grungy, idiotic places to work that I have ever experienced. Biases abound in all directions there. I had a dishonest co-worker who was like the self-hating female equivalent of Jussie Smollett telling lies about me and God only knows how many other people just as her own little juvenile play for one-upmanship, and after that happened I walked out and refused to go back.
There's something really insidiously wrong with a company where liars are allowed to run rampant like that and where the so-called "upper management" team does absolutely nothing whatsoever to stop it. They want to pretend they're "woke" to such a desperate and overcompensating extent that they're just opening the door to a lot of abuse of employees.
It's too toxic for words and unless you want to throw yourself to the wolves do NOT go there to work!

Do not work for Heartshare St. Vincent's unless you're a member of some poor, pathetic, victimized, self-pitying, whiny marginalized group! The scum of the earth are given free reign there to be as nasty as they feel like being to the rest of us. HEARTLESS would be a better name for this dump of an organization.
I haven't seen adults behave like bullying children to the extent that was going on at Heartshare anywhere else. This is a sick and psychologically putrid place filled with the worst kind of untreated psychos imaginable yet there they are, pretending to be a human services agency.
It's appalling on so many levels. Discrimination is allowed and is even sort of silently encouraged by the oafs who run this godawful place, all of whom delude themselves that they're "woke" while simultaneously being blind to the worst of their subordinates' sick little reverse discrimination actions. It could not be a more toxic environment.
