I WISH I NEVER USED THIS COMPANY. Going on 4 months and my kitchen is still not completed. I have been dealing with Peter, Quezia, and Victoria. Horrible communication. I will never recommend this company.  

From the very beginning , I noticed red flags. The template they gave me wasn’t detailed, such as it didn’t show the cabinets above the refrigerator or both upper and lower cabinets .  They confirmed the details are in my request and the template doesn’t accurately show the project. I made sure I got that in text message. I also notice, Peter was very friendly and communicative before the deposit. Peter also offered me a discount on the price if I signed up by a certain time. After the deposit, communications reduced and the process wasn’t smooth.

First, they delivered the wrong color cabinets (black ) and pieces were missing. Sadly, I didn’t check and they didn’t show me the color until after they removed my old cabinets. My home was without cabinets about 4 weeks. They left wires exposed. My home was unsafe. 

When they finally came with the right color ( dark brown) , pieces were still missing, measurements are off,  one of the cabinets door is scrapping the wall, and another one is too big that my stove is blocking it from opening. I truly regret going with them.  I texted / call, no reply. I feel like I was scammed.

They do false advertising. What they show and  tell you, isn’t what you will get. Don’t be deceived. I have texted/ call they rarely answer their phones and they don’t respond timely to texts( when they do respond). They know they left my home unfinished, they should be providing me with updates and responding to my messages. 

If you go with this company, you will end up spending more money. You will spend more money on correcting their mistakes and tge inconvenience of going out to eat more or driving to a family/friends house to cook a meal.

Their instagram page, false advertisement. They had the audacity to put my home on their page for advertising. The post was false, not an amazing experience, not fast, not efficient, no dream kitchen, and certainly not attentive.  They took away my excitement to remodel my kitchen in my first home.
