I paid Josh of One Down LLC to finish a boat build. In our agreement it states work would be finished in 8months to a year. 2 years later it was to be finished in 90 days. I made the last payment and was assured the boat would be finished within 2 months. No work has been done My boat is no longer in a warehouse it is out in the rain sitting on stands. Beware of One Down Marine Joshua Figueroa he took my money and screwed me over!
