Dr. HVAC Dr. HVAC Air Conditioning For Your Air Company gave me inferior cheap fan motor, did not get me required part Margate Floria

Do not use the AC company Dr. Hvac, 561 450- 8832.  I picked them in September 2022 from the Palm Beach County Best Pics book.  There were 5 AC companies on there that many people voted on.  They are one of the most crooked company around.  And there are many here.  

My AC stopped working.  The tech came and told me my fan motor broke on the outside condenser.  I asked him how this could happen on a 4 year old Rudd unit .  He told me it happens, they are making things cheaper now.  He charged me $684, and brought a new one the next day.  I gave him a check.

Just to see if the price was fair, I started calling other AC companies to ask about this price.  The first guy I spoke with told me that my unit was still under its 5 year warranty, and they should not have charged me anything, and should have put it through the company warranty.   So I called Dr. HVAC and went off on them.  The guy who I spoke with apologized, said the tech should have done this, and told me he would rip up my check and not charge me anything, which he did.

Now fast forward to a few weeks ago. My AC would not go lower than 82 during the hot afternoons.  I called another company that was on that list ( another crook, another post), who took off the condenser cover and told me that the fan and motor was not original equipment from the manufacturer, which was affecting my cooling.  He said I'm supposed to have a much more expensive variable speed motor, and this was a cheap generic single speed motor.  Not only did they not put the repair through the company, they gave me a cheap motor.  I found out that Dr. HVAC had to submit the original motor to Rudd to get reimbursed and get a new original equipment motor.  They did that and kept the motor that I should have got and gave it to someone else.  

I sent them a nasty email to the manager Nadira Singh, demanding my motor from Rudd.  They never answered me.  One of several crooks in the AC business. I've encountered here.
