Attached is an email Kevin St. Clair recently sent his carolers scolding them for not being available for enough gigs. In it he says " excuses are like genitalia: everybody has them, but nobody wants to hear about them! " This is not the first time he has spoken to his carolers this way, nor is it the last. Kevin is abusive and unprofessional both in person and via email/text, constantly losing his temper and berating his carolers, all while he himself is irresponsible, unorganized, cannot be bothered to reply to important emails, and is constantly making excuses for his own disorganization.He also has a tendency to use his caroling roster as a sort of potential dating pool even though he is married, and gets vengeful when women don't reciprocate. 

I would highly advise anyone considering working with him to stay away and not waste their time. In this same email, he is gaslighting about half of his carolers, telling them that they did not get booked for any/many gigs because they were not available enough, when the reality is that he plays favorites and choses to use the gigs as rewards/punishment. He choses to give jobs to his favorite substitute roster members (his wife especially) when plenty of full time roster people are available for gigs and then tells the full time roster that it is their own fault for being picky. He even goes as far to mention in the same email that there are lots of gigs available for subs...while refusing to schedule the full time roster members who are available.
