Your comment is basically just a repost of the same misinformation I already debunked. But just for the record: -You have again admitted you do not offer an option to unsubscribe. This alone proves you are a spammer. -Your comments about discrimination are still incomprehensible. Discrimination means mistreatment of a protected class. You can’t call any random act "discrimination” just because you don’t like it. -It doesn’t matter if you’ve done business with DSLExtreme for 100 years. They absolutely do have the right to drop you, and if you think that’s "inappropriate” then you don’t understand how any of this works. I have no idea what judicial system you think is going to help you spam people, but since spamming is illegal, I hope you do attempt this supposed legal action so you get hit with the appropriate fines.

 If you are sending mass emails to people who have not specifically signed up to receive them, it is spam. It is also against the law and violated the TOS of most service providers.
