In grade school back in the mid 80s we used to play together on the playground at Waurika Elementary. He was fun to be around. He used to make me and others laugh. He liked to play soccer and football. In high school we had classes together. One of them was English with Mrs. Youngblood.

In high school he began wearing black leather jackets and flipping his hair back. In class he would draw pictures of old cars from the 40s and 50s. He actually had an old car from that time. He called it a 51 Chevy. It was a turquoise green color. He gave me a ride in it once. For an old car it was pretty nice and clean.

It had a radio but it took a while to come on. It made a buzzing sound when you turned it on. It was a pretty nice car for it's age. He used to listen to old songs from the 50s in that car. I remember Mr. Snider asked the police to bring drug dogs to the school. He let the dogs sniff the lockers. Well he used to have the police sniff Clint's locker.

One time Mr. Snider asked Clint to open his locker. He did, but they didn't find anything but a snack cake on the top shelf of his locker. He got d-hall for having food in his locker. D-hall was another word for detention. One time I saw Mr. Snider stop Clint on his way to class and search his jacket pockets.

Clint didn't say anything. He just let Mr. Snider run his hands through his jacket pockets. Then he told him to get to class. Clint got a job at Bill's Fish house on hwy 79 in late 93 I think and he worked there as a dishwasher until November or December of 94. He drove his 51 Chevy to work. I was dating a guy named Justin who also worked there.

Clint and Justin used to hang around together. I think they were good friends. There were a few girls Clint tried to date, but there were some football guys who spread rumors about him. To make matters worse the teachers also told girls to stay away from him. I still don't know why. He wasn't violent, he didn't go around picking fights. He pretty much kept to himself.

He lived out in the country so it wasn't like he was causing trouble in town after school. I remember he was picked on quite a bit. Somebody mentioned Deputy Stephen Dyer. Well before he was a cop he used to pick on Clint. I remember seeing Stephen Dyer shooting spit wads at Clint when they were having class in the auditorium. Stephen Dyer also tripped him a few times.

Clint just took it. He didn't fight back. I think he should have fought back. The one time I did see him fight back against someone was when a football player named Jonathan Couch pushed Clint's books out of his hands when Clint was walking to his locker. Clint must have been having a bad day because he turned around and pushed Jonathan into a locker so hard that it put a dent in one of the lockers.

Jonathan was about to throw a punch when Coach Werner walked up and broke it up. I think Clint had to go to the principal's office and see Mr. Snider. Another time Clint got into a fight with a guy named Travis in Wood Tech class. He called Clint a name and Clint pushed him hard enough that Travis fell back on a desk and the desk turned over and hit the floor and so did Travis.

I think Clint got in trouble for that too. Other than those two fights I don't remember him fighting. He may have but I may not have been there to see them. I heard Clint punched a guy named B.J. in the face during gym class in 93. Other than that, I don't know of any other fights Clint was involved in. Sometime in December of 95 Clint's little brother was in an accident involving an ATV.

His little brother's name was Kyle. The accident killed his little brother and Clint was devastated. Even though his brother died, Mr. Snider kept harassing him. Clint told me that Mr. Snider asked him why he wasn't at D-hall the week of his brother's funeral. Clint said he started to walk off when Mr. Snider told him to step into his office.

Mr. Snider told him to stop moping around and get back into the groove of things or he was going to suspend Clint from school. That's pretty cold! A few months later Clint drove to school in a 52 Chevy pickup. It was dark blue. For the first time in months I saw him smiling.

He told me he traded the 51 Chevy straight across for the 52 Chevy pickup. He drove the pickup to Prom. He showed up with a date and ended up going home alone. I graduated that May of 96. Clint was supposed to graduate that year but the teachers told him that he didn't have enough credits to graduate. Clint decided to leave Waurika High School after the spring of 96.

Lena Snider who is Mr. Snider's daughter said he went to summer school in Ardmore, Oklahoma in 96. Clint went to Gary Job Corps in September of 96 and stayed there until January of 97. In the fall of 96 a cheerleader from Waurika High School was shot and killed.

The next time I saw Clint was at the Rattlesnake Hunt in April of 98. He was hanging out with Chris Robinson who was a friend of his in high school. We caught up on Facebook in 2017 and he told me he went to college at Southeastern Oklahoma State University in 99 and 2000.

Then joined the military. He said he was in the Army National Guard and Army Reserves. He said he liked the military. We talked about old times in high school. That was the last time I talked to him. He never mentioned anything about the police following or watching him. He asked me out, but I was seeing someone.

 I was employed with Duncan Regional Hospital in Duncan Oklahoma from 2004- 2022. Sometimes I dealt with patients at the Jefferson County Hospital which is located in Waurika. The person that everyone in this thread seems to be discussing is also a patient at Duncan Regional Hospital.

His mother is also a patient at Duncan Regional Hospital and the Waurika Hospital as well. The Jefferson County Hospital is an extension of Duncan Regional Hospital. It was once the Jefferson County Hospital but is now an extension of Duncan Regional Hospital.

Clint Berry's mother has been seen by doctors at both locations. Now that you have some background information I can give the info that I know. Back in 2015 the FBI came to Duncan Regional Hospital asking LPNs questions about Clint Berry's mother, Ginger I believe is her name. They spoke to several LPNs and nurse practitioners.

I don't know what they told the FBI but it seemed kind of strange that the FBI was concerned about his mother. The agent asked if he could get information about Clint Berry's mother. In 2017 the FBI and the OSBI requested information about Clint Berry's mother.

His mother's health has slowly gotten worse since the FBI began asking questions about her. I'm not saying that the FBI is making her health worse, although there have been cases in which the FBI have asked doctors and LPNs to give patients whom they had under surveillance certain medication that eventually killed them.

That is a well documented fact. His mother is a Christian and conservative. That could be why they are asking questions about her. I'm not sure. Clint's dad was also in the hospital in 2021. During that time the FBI and OSBI asked questions about Clint's dad.

I felt the need to add this info here just in case there's an investigation into the FBI and the OSBI for abuse of power and corruption. The Duncan Police Department has also asked questions about Clint's mother. I hope this info helps if this does develop into an investigation.

 Well Hello there Miss Sarah! Here's my two cents. You have no idea who you're talking to! What do you mean by talking to me the way you did? If you knew who you're talking you would talk to me with respect! By God I have a lot of say in what goes on in Waurika Oklahoma and Duncan, Oklahoma!

I may be older, but by God people in Waurika still respect and obey me and little miss you are too! Now you listen to me and listen good! You stay away from Mr. Clint Berry! Stop talking to him, stop communicating with him, and stop talking to people who know and support him! You hear me?

Mr. Berry is a dangerous young man and I'm telling you this for your own good! Now I happen to know police officers who have been inside Mr. Berry's trailer house when he was out buying groceries and he still to this day has books about the occult in his house!!

I happen to know a neighbor of his who does floor work and he's keeping a close eye on him and reporting back to the police and sheriff when he leaves to go anywhere so the police can go inside and see what else he's hiding in that trailer.

They've been inside that trailer many a time when Mr. Clint Berry goes to run errands. Now I've been told that they have a key to his house and one of his vehicles so they can do a search when he's away from home! One police officer said he saw and photographed a box with 50 cartridges inside!

Now that means he has GUNS!! That's why he's a dangerous man! If you knew what was good for you, you'd stay far away from him! Now Deputy Stephen Dyer said he saw some plants inside them white houses behind his trailer!

Now if them officers would do a search in them houses when he's gone away, why they might find that the plants are marijuana!! You still think he's a good man Sarah? How about it?

 This is in response to Dalton. There are a lot of questions I have for you Mr. Dalton. First how do you know what the FBI found in Clint's house? Were you there? If you weren't there then how do you know what they found? How do you know what they were looking for?

This tells me that you are very close to the police. You may even be a police officer. They found dirty magazines in his house? Really? I mean that's something an 80 year old man would say. So what? Everyone watches porn on-line nowadays probably even you. They found books about the occult?

Again you sound like you're 80 or 90 years old. The word occult just means "hidden". It doesn't mean evil. It also means "veiled" in some languages. You can find stories about the occult in magazines at the Dollar General now. Why is it wrong to read books about other religions?

Why is it wrong to not have a Bible in your house? Yeah that might be illegal in 1690s Salem, Massachusetts but we're talking about 2014 Oklahoma! Why would the FBI be after someone for not attending church regularly? Again that's a 1690s Salem, Massachusetts mindset. This is the year 2022!

Not 1692!! I have no idea why the FBI has Clint under surveillance, but according to what you've said the FBI or someone who knows an FBI agent is walking around telling people what the FBI found in Clint's house. Is that even legal to do? Why would they do that?

 I wanted to make a few more comments regarding Mr. Berry and the 2014 FBI raid on his home. I forgot to mention his high school principal Larry Snider. I found out this individual may have been under surveillance as early as 1995. Yes sir!

Larry stated that he reported him to the Waurika police department in 1994 and 1995. He said he reported him 1994 for driving around a school bus when it was stopped, and he reported him for climbing on top of the school roof during a dance in 1995. Larry Snider said he climbed on top of the school roof after a girl refused to dance with him.

So he's been under close watch since then. His neighbor and close friend of mine Kenny Wall says he has heard Mr. Berry yelling and cursing outside his house! What kind of Christian man does that? Larry Snider also told me he warned girls to stay away from Mr. Berry when he was in high school. So that tells you what kind of man Mr. Clint Berry is!

Several police officers told me that they found liquor in Mr. Berry's house during the raid. Now one of his neighbors told the FBI that Mr. Berry was on drugs and most likely had drugs in the house. Well the FBI didn't find the drugs. They said they suspect that he hid the drugs in one of the houses behind his house, but they would have to get a search warrant to search them houses.

I believe they will! And God willing they will find the drugs he hid from the FBI! It's just a matter of when and not if. According to the FBI this individual has said bad things about the police and government on Facebook! That should be used as evidence against him!

Anyone who says bad things about the police are troublemakers, and deserves to be locked up! God doesn't like troublemakers! That's in the Bible! Something the FBI didn't find in Mr. Berry's house! That's right, they didn't find one Holy Bible in Mr. Berry's house! What does that tell you about Mr. Berry? Do you girls still think he's a good person?

 The man you women are talking about is from Waurika Oklahoma. His name is Clint Berry. Let's not play around here! This individual is not who you think he is. Looks like James Dean? Well you know what? Looks can be deceiving!! I know the history of this man and I know his family! Under investigation since 2006?

Maybe for the Duncan Police Department, but in Waurika he's been under investigation and kept under surveillance since 2001!! His teachers in high school called him a weirdo because he drove a car from the 1950s and dressed like a kid from the 50s. That's according to the FBI agents who talked to his teachers, friends and his cousins.

His own cousins thought he was a weirdo! And you know what? His neighbors have been watching him and reporting back to the police everyday! And you know something else? That raid turned up some unholy stuff! According to the FBI agents who were involved in that raid they found unholy books about the occult in Mr. Berry's house!

They found dirty magazines, they found books about sex, and books about other religions other than Christianity!! If you think this man is a Christian guess again! He may say he is and he may go to church every Sunday but the contents of his house don't lie! That's why God told the FBI to raid his house in 2014!

Now I'm not here to preach but sometimes God speaks through me! Why they didn't arrest him, I don't know. But he deserves to be under surveillance! He deserves to be watched and followed by all means!! Someone asked well what did he do to deserve to be under investigation? I'll tell you!

He quit going to church, he stopped obeying the word of the Lord and he started reading books about the occult! He started buying dirty magazines with nude women in them! The Undersheriff Jimmy Williams and the sheriff of Jefferson County Jeremie Wilson have both said that Mr. Berry is a dangerous individual.

They have warned many women to stay away from him and I trust their judgement. Well it's for their own good! Justin Winslet has also warned women to stay away from him. They are doing God's work in keeping women safe and protected! Every sheriff since 2001 have warned women to stay away from Mr. Berry!

Deputy Stephen Dyer warned women who were thinking about dating Mr. Berry to stay away from him! And thank the Lord he did warn them! I believe God is Good, God is holy and Blue lives matter! Amen?

Wow! Thank you Billy! So the FBI raided Clint's house?! I'm so sorry to hear that! I had no idea he had a wreck in 2020. That's sad. The chief of police told your GM that Clint has been under investigation since 2006? That's just insane! So what did he do?

If they raided his house and I'm assuming they didn't find anything cause if they had, he would be in prison or would have gone to prison in 2014. After reading your comment Billy, I'm more confused than I was before I read your comment! I thought Jeff Pollock made that up to make Ashley Olinger stop talking to him.

Which I'm still not convinced that he didn't tell Ashley that for that reason. But I'm still confused because it doesn't make sense! Why did the police follow him to his work? Why did they follow him to Napoli's, Arby's, Walmart etc? This wasn't just once that they stalked him.

He had been stalked by the Duncan Police Dept. for several years! Why did they tell you that they broke up the relationship between him and Rachel? Did they really do that? I don't know. It sounds like abuse of power to me!

 I worked at an Industrial painting center in Duncan Oklahoma for several years and was there when Clint and his brother started working there. They didn't work there as employees, but they were contracted to build several buildings on that lot from 2010 to 2018.

So I got to know Clint and his brother pretty well. They're not from Duncan. They're from Jefferson County. They do construction work like building floors and pouring cement, to frame work for metal buildings, to car ports sheds, roofs and other work.

Clint used to drive a Navy blue 2008 or 09 Ford Mustang when he started working at the Industrial painting center in 2010. In 2013 and 2014 he was driving a maroon Toyota Corolla. I know because he asked me how much I would charge to paint it. In 2017 he was driving a light blue 2010 or 2011 Ford Mustang.

According to the sheriff of Jefferson County he wrecked the light blue Mustang after he ran into a semi truck in November of 2020. As far as details about him, he is hard working and helpful. Sometimes he would help out with stuff that wasn't even his job. He brought me and some other guys water and Gatorade a few times.

Sometime in 2010 I think it was in the fall some police officers stopped by and asked the general manager about Clint. The general manager said to come back another time when Clint and his brother weren't there and he would tell them whatever they wanted to know. They came back another day and this time they brought deputy sheriffs, a detective, and the chief of police.

The general manager sat down in an office with them. The GM was asked when Clint started working there, if he acted suspicious while there, and several other questions. The chief of police said that Clint has been under investigation since 2006. They asked the GM several more questions for about an hour and left.

Sometime in 2012 or 2013 the GM was told by the Duncan PD that the FBI had been in Clint's house and they were getting ready to raid his property. In 2014 the Duncan PD told the GM that the FBI had raided his house and installed listening devices and cameras in his house during the raid. But and this is the strange part, they never arrested him.

We thought he was going to prison, but he came back to work a few days later. He didn't act as if anything was wrong. The next time I talked to him he told me he had a date. He said her name was Rachel and that she was from Carnegie, Oklahoma. He was really excited about his date with Rachel.

Clint and his brother finished work at the Industrial painting center until the GM called them back to build him a shop building and roof his house. The Duncan PD asked to speak to me about Clint in 2015. They asked me several questions. How long had I known him, where did we meet, what he talked about while at work, what he did during breaks, and several other questions.

I answered their questions. I told them that he was dating a girl named Rachel. They told me not anymore, and that they took care of that. They also said they were going to make sure he doesn't date again. They told me that they broke up several of his dates for the safety of the women involved.

They told me thank you for my cooperation in this investigation and the detective left a card with a number for me to call when Clint comes back to work. In 2016 the city manager of Duncan asked me some questions about Clint. I answered them and cooperated fully with his investigation.

In 2017 I noticed Clint was driving the light blue Ford Mustang. I asked him where he got it and he told me that he got it in Duncan and got a good deal! He told me a guy named Cannon Chambless sold it to him. I called the detective at the Duncan PD and told them what he told me.

In 2018 he did some work on the GM's house. I saw him again in 2019 at Sam's Seafood in Duncan. It used to be Long John Silver's. That was the last time I saw him.

OMG, yes! I recall asking his name and he said it was Clint. He said just think of Clint Eastwood when you see me. So it's definitely the same guy! He drove the dark blue Mustang. I also remember him driving a maroon colored car but that was like in 2013 and 2014 when he drove the maroon car.

He also mentioned being in the military. Army National Guard I think. So that has to be the same guy! He brought a date with him once. The girl he brought with him had blonde hair and was tall, I'd say about 6'1 or so. How tall is Ashley? The officers who came in to Napoli's would sat across from him.

I remember one conversation had to do with a traffic stop that involved Clint. I remember them talking and laughing about the traffic stop. In 2012 ish, I remember some deputies sat across from him. Two deputies introduced themselves to me as Matt Peck and Deputy Tyas or Tyus sorry, I hope I'm not butchering that name.

Anyway, they asked me if I was friends with Clint. I told them no. That he just comes in to have dinner. They told me to keep an eye on him and they gave me their card to call them the next time he came in. Sorry, some of this stuff I forgot about. It's been several years.

As I remember things other things are coming back to me. I remember Clint also came in with a man from a church, and they had lunch. He told me that the guy he was with was from his church. That was in 2010.

Wow! Thank you for your comment! Very informative! And very good questions! "Did he know Ashley Olinger in 2010"? Yes! Ashley said that he had been stopping by to get his hair either cut or highlighted since 2005. So they did know each other. How well they knew each other is open for debate.

Also I remember Ashley saying his first name was Clint. Now I don't know how well they knew each other, but I do remember Ashley flirting with him, saying his hair was beautiful, and his skin was soft. She would play with his hair and give him a hair massage when she washed his hair and ask him if that felt good etc. I know Jeff Pollock wasn't happy about Ashley talking to Clint!

Jeff was very pissed when he found out that he was talking to her! That's when he said that Clint was under investigation by the FBI and that he was a suspect of a crime and had been since 2007. I think that really scared Ashley. I have no idea why the Duncan PD is not questioning him. It really doesn't make sense.

Like you said something smells fishy. He's not the typical bad guy. He's more like the boy next door. He looks kind of like James Dean. Blonde highlights, and blue eyes. He doesn't look like or act like someone who would commit a crime that would involve the FBI.

I don't remember Jeff saying he followed Clint to Napoli's. I do remember him saying that he followed him to Arby's and Walmart. Just to make sure we've got the right person, Do you remember if the guy who drove the Blue Mustang to Napoli's was named Clint?

 I used to work as a server at Napoli's Italian Restaurant in Duncan, Oklahoma from 2010 to 2014, and I remember Officer Pollock and two other officers asking about a customer who used to have dinner there. The customer also drove a blue Mustang because he used to park it outside by the window which was facing east towards the mall.

Officer Pollock came in one day in 2010 asking about the customer who drove the Blue Mustang. He wanted to know where he usually sat, what meals he usually ordered, and what he talked about. I gave him all the information I knew.

I told him that he doesn't always order the same meal, and as far as what he talked about, I just told him that he commented about the music that was playing which was random songs by various artists like Frank Sinatra, Tony Bennett, Dean Martin, etc. Officer Pollock wrote down the info and told me to call him or notify the Duncan, Police Department when he comes in.

So the next time he came in which I believe was in January of 2011, I called the Duncan Police Department and told them that the customer with the Blue Mustang just walked in. About ten minutes later Officer Pollock and two other officers showed up and sat near the customer with the Blue Mustang.

I'm going to call him the blue customer from this point forward. So the blue customer finished his meal, left a tip and left. The three officers also left and I guess they followed him somewhere. This seemed to happen every time the blue customer came in to have dinner.

He would walk in take a seat at a booth, and then the police officers would walk in and have a seat near him. One time in 2013 the blue customer walked out when those three police officers walked in. He didn't even finish his meal, he just got up and walked out.

Officer Pollock asked me some more questions about the blue customer and then left in a hurry. At that time I had no idea what was going on. It wasn't until I read this report that everything makes sense now. But, I've also seen him recently as well.

So if he's under investigation, why aren't they questioning him? Why would they follow him to stores, shops, restaurants etc? If it's about Ashley Olinger, why were they watching him in 2010? Did he know Ashley Olinger in 2010? Something smells fishy about this investigation!
