Dx7Tech is owned by John N Saw & Matthew R Proctor. They make a broken and dysfunctional product called CryptoPrevent which is supposed to stop ransomwear. However, a simple Google Search will show that CryptoPrevent is outdated and doesn't work as well as newer software. It is simply a fraudulent piece of software that doesn't work and they know it.

I cancelled my subscription to their autobill software subscription service. However, I was still billed for the software. I asked for a refund because I no longer use their software, however, the customer service representative, Nick, was incredibly insulting, condescending and rude and told me in no uncertain terms that they "never" refund software that is included in their autobill subscription service. I protested and told them I had already cancelled my subscription, but they kept insisting I did not even though I have evidence that I did cancel their subscription.

I asked if we could work this out like gentlemen and they could let their "terms of service" slide for this one instance and refund my money. I got no reply. I had been a customer of theirs since 2017.

I asked again for a refund, and they simply continued to refuse to acknowledge my cancellation and billed me for the software. This company is fraudulent and uses common "autobill" practices where they bill you for services you don't ask for even if cancel or try to get out of their subscription service.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!! Their Cryptoprevent software will leave your computer(s) vulnerable to ransomwear, which is spready wildly through email and other means.

Do some research and find a better vendor for anti-ransomwear software, as there is plenty on the market. This company is made of fraudulent liars who will leave you in the lurch. I once attempted to contact their tech support for help with their software and the technical cut me off and said "I'm sorry, I can't help you" and never responded after that. Their customer service is terrible. Their technical service is terrible. Their software doesn't work and excessively complicated to use for the average user.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!
