Peter Pru and the Ecommerce Empire Builders claim to sell a business in a box, which is supposed to be a working e-commerce store. By calling it a business in a box, they are misleading you into thinking it is a functioning business with customers and processes, etc. 

It's the opposite of that. The lowest price you can pay is $12,500 and you get a cheap website template that is untested, full of errors, and has 0 customers. It's absolutely not a business in a box. It's a complete scam. 

Though you'll never actually deal with Peter Pru except for the initial zoom call, you will have to deal with horrendous customer support. Their Basecamp live chat is garbage - pretty much like talking into avoid. You'll ask questions, and no one answers them for days. If they do decide to respond, they may answer some or part of what you have asked. 

Ultimately, this is just a huge scam and you absolutely will not be getting a business in a box. You will be getting an embarrassingly bad website template for $12,500+.
