Econosoft Inc. Ace Technologies Rahul Mishra Rohit Sharma Prince Dhiman * staffing agency submitted my resume without authorization, sent fraudulent email, harassed me by phone calls and cyber-bullying * San Jose California

This company submitted my resume to prospective employers or other recruiters without my authorization. Furthermore then fraudulently edited the content of emails I sent them in order to create a false email thread to make it look like I had agreed to their offer.

They've repeatedly emailed me asking me to confirm rates and authorize them to represent me, and I repeatedly declined. They called me no less than 14 times in 80 minutes, and continued to email me afterwards despite repeated replies from me telling them to cease and desist.

It has become harassment and cyber-bullying. I've had to follow up with prospective employers or other recruiters that Econosoft Inc contacted without my authorization, and explain the situation to them -- potentially damaging my future ability to work with those employers. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and the FTC, and am looking for other ways to report this company and protect myself and other IT workers from being further victimized by them.
