On June 1 2021 Eddie Diaz and I signed paperwork for him to complete an enclosure for a local business and he said the job would be done in 4-5 days.  he went out and placed poles that were wobbly and he said he would fix it he never came out to complete the job and even left all the materials in the open where they could be stolen and or worn through the weather.  I went out to bring materials to my office.

After numerous attempts to get him to do the right thing he refused so I filed a police report case number sapd21119097.  He was served with thefty appropriation and did not sign for it at this time the District attorney of San Antonio has his file and it looks good for him to be charged for theft and criminal.  He has had three filings of theft according to authorities and convicted of theft to date.

If you are approached by this individual do not do business with him I saw another post here he stole 20,000.00 for a roofing job.  He will rob you of your money and lie continuously about doing the job he was hired to do and you will lose your money.
