Branchburg NJ contracting job with Eli lilly:

Role          : Automation Engineer /Control Engineer

Location    : Branchburg, NJ (Onsite)

Duration    :  12+ Months

Job Description

·         Automation engineer with a minimum 4-10 years of overall experience in Process Control complex process control system integration projects.

·         A minimum of 5 years of pharmaceutical or Food industry/operating facility experience is a MUST.

·         Experience in consulting and / or control system integration.

·         Expertise in Rockwell Automation ControlLogix, FactoryTalk View & FactoryTalk Batch (one of the three roles) is a MUST.

·         Experience in Recipe authoring, Control, Administration, and integration with batch control system is required.

·         Experience with Schneider Electric PLC & HMI will be added advantage.

·         Understand 21 CFR, cGMP, and other regulatory guidance associated with computer / automation-based systems.

·         Good understanding of automation design documentation (FRS, DDS, requirements traceability matrix, code, and logic, etc.).

·         Able to perform complex assessments for computer systems against current industry compliance requirements

The problems with this site, is that the Functional Description is ambiguous, this site is populated by a bunch of kids who don’t know what they re doing. Management micromanages even though they don’t know the technology either. Stay away from this site unless you just need some work for about a month because they will eventually find something wrong with you as an employee or contractor rather than looking inward to their systemic problems. I was glad to get out of there, but I feel sorry for the perm people who are stuck there. The place is run by a bunch of Indians and as you know they are used to having slaves in their country, first problem. Next they totally disregard the job description and what you sign up for is not going to happen. They don’t stay in their lane, they think outside the box, LOL
