Elite Offroad and Performance BS Industries LLC Sold me performance parts they couldn't install properly and wont refund my money Sterrett Alabama

Elite 4x4 ordered the parts, and I paid for them on August 30th, 2022 $1500. The parts that I purchased for my RAM 2500 were: 

• Banks Power Monster-Ram Intake with intake plate and heater grid - $995 
• Banks Boost Tube upgrade it - $495 

I don’t remember if I had the parts installed in late October or Early November( they had the truck for about two weeks for installation). Still, I picked the car up on Nov 21st, and nothing but issues with the truck after that and was at Elite 4x4 every week for a few days to get them to look at the installation and codes the truck was showing.  I Had to get rental cars for two weeks because my vehicle was sitting at their shop. 

One of the batteries they sold me died, so the truck went back on Dec 17th to get the battery warranted out, and all the parts returned to stock because of all the issues I was having with the truck, which was unreliable.  I texted Josh, the owner, and told him I needed my vehicle back by January 6th because I had to be in Tampa for a work meeting, and I had some more furniture to bring back to Alabama.  I still don’t have my truck back, and it's Jan 24th.  I want my vehicle taken to RAM and all the factory parts put back on by a factory-trained mechanic, and I want all the money that I spent on the parts plus the labor since they could not install them correctly on my truck. 

If Josh (Owner) of Elite 4x4 can take my vehicle to RAM and have them put it back together and reimburse me $3723 for parts and labor he charged me that he could not install correctly and get them working, we can settle before this goes to court.  My truck had 37K miles and never had an issue until they touched back in November.

I have scratches all over the front of my truck, and the windshield washer doesn't properly function.
