Elkhart horse auctions Dishonest and hidden fees. Elkhart Texas

Bought a horse from them for 800 dollars, supposed to be child safe. He was anything but, he had serious issues that were dangerous. I have experience with horses so I fixed his issues with patience and training. I could not fix that fact that they sold me a lame horse. I understand there is no guarantee on horses so I bought another one and sent this one back with the promise of a good home. Fast forward to the auction, they lied and said kids rode him according to what they were told. I would never have said that. They pulled him from the sale with no explanation. Received a call late that night to say a kill buyer was bidding. When ever a kill buyer is in, they call out and type in chat kbn, this never happened during my horses sale. Fast forward to the next day. First off they cut my horses time by half, said I got rid of him because he bucked too much and the owner stated during the live feed that she would buy him if no one bid and make triple the money off of him...knowing he was lame. Bidder bid 325 on him and they closed his sale way before his time was up. Check was a week late because they forgot to mail it...but the kicker? The check was for 152 dollars out of 325. They say commission is 10 percent yet they took out 65 dollars. They charged for the po, for a saddle and ride (15 sat and 20Monday)no where does it state you will be double charged and they charge more on Sunday. They charged for shipping when I was told they would not. They took over HALF the money when I should have received a check for 277.00. Beware when buying or selling a horse here.
