EmergeTech, Inc. aka Emerge Transporation is a Fraud 45 days past due and won't pay actual carriers that delivered per bill of lading.
1) Emailed to confirm 12/27-MC
2) Emailed for payment status 1/25-MC
3) emailed for payment status 2/8 -kw
4) TK 2/15/22 spoke to Colin the broker he doesn't know why it wasn't paid. Emailed will provide update shortly via email.clewis@emergemarket.com
5) 2/16/22 gave me bunch off junk.
6) Shawn spoke to manager he's an idot as the all of the company.
7) Emailed cancellation of contract notice with demand letter. 2/16/2022 at all their emails. including info@emerge.com pert contract terms.
Filing Demand and with suit against all parties per bill of lading governance.
