Endurance Auto Warranty Failed to cover any parts under the hood and tow truck was never sent after 5+ hours. Arkansas

I called to have car towed. I was stranded at midnight on July 4th and car towed to my house by my phone carrier. Next day I called Endurance to have car towed to local shop, 6 miles down the road. All information was given. 5 hours and 28 minutes later, still no tow truck. I called my phones carrier warranty and car towed in less than 20 minutes.  

When called to cancel tow truck, ne person went over information.  Previous person had car being towed over 3 hours from my home. WHY?  That was never the information given. Car was being dispatched to Lake Village Arkansas.  3 hours from me. 

I asked for cancelation on tow service and advised by this person,  yet another call, that truck was canceled. Auto shop calls and tells me warranty will not cover any parts under hood that they've reached out about and labor not covered.  I called back, 5th call, to have policy canceled and was told that plan only in effect for 8 months, could not be terminated until 1 year. 

I became very irritated and told lady cancelation of policy immediately. Effective today (which was yesterday) and i needed email proof that this would be done. She told me i had to complete forms, go to my bank with papers and have them notarized and sent back. Could take up to 2 weeks and determination would be made. She was yelled at, i cursed her and hung up on her. 

Before hanging up I verified email address to get these forms as I was told ONLY WAY to get them. Was assured that I would receive in email. 24 hours later and no email. When I call 866-918-1438 phone rings and im disconnected.  I've canceled the CC where payments are pulled from. 

BBB has been contacted and a report filed. I have screenshots of all 6 calls.
