the system is actually tailored for the food\bev restaurant industry however the salesperson failed to mention this in his persistent pitch- he also failed to mention many other things that were discovered after the product was delivered like the additional parts that are required to run the system.

They use a financing company and in order to qualify for financing they increase the price significantly as well as the add ons -when trying to get help and technical support there is often just 1 person in the call center and the hold is unbelievable - this system shut down on us on one of the busiest shopping days of the year!

I called multiple times to try to return the system and always get the run around- I finally just sent it back to them, only to receive several harassing phone calls in which I was informed that they would refuse delivery.
