Escape Lounge Worst Club In Fort Lauderdale Bartender stole my credit card details Escape Lounge in Fort Lauderdale has to be the worst club in all South Florida. Despite all the negative things I hear about this place i still decided to go and I came back a second time. I rarely use my American Express card but i used it here since i reached my limit on my other card.
The bartender took a while to come back but i thought nothing of it. The following day i saw nearly $5,000 spent on clothing and make up. I spoke with the owner and he said was unable to provide camera footage. This has never happened to me before. Do not trust this establishment. This place is very shady because how is there no footage? fort lauderdale florida

You go to this place even though you see all of the negative reviews. Then you just happen to use a credit card you never use because you are maxed out on your other cards. What happens? Almost as if you could have predicted it your card was used fraudulently. What good is the bar's video going to do for you? You know the bartender had your card.
Did he go on the spending spree when he had your card? Did you call the police and file a report? Did you call AmEx and report the fraud? They can check with the business that the charges happened at and if it was in-store they have video, if it was an item to be delivered they have an address. AmEx would also possibly credit you back the fraudulent charges if that could be shown it wasn't you.
