The business is Euro Moda, LLC aka Euro Moda Lighting, LLC aka Euro Moda Lighting and Furniture, LLC aka EM Lighting and Furniture, LLC. - The Business Owner is HOUMAN SHIR aka HOUMAN S. NOOREINI aka HOUMAN NOOREINI aka HOUMAN SHIRMOHAMMADI-NOOREINI - Doing Business at 23052 Lake Forest Dr, Suite E-2, Laguna Hills, CA 92653 (formerly at 16163 Lake Forest Drive, Suite L, Irvine, CA 92618.  - AUG 12, 2018 to NOV 22, 2018,

We placed five (5) separate orders for lighting, with four (4) separate manufacturers, Houman charged deposits on our credit card, and for seven (7) months repeatedly - knowingly, willfully and intentionally made false statements for his failures to deliver on our orders.  Finally, after seven (7) months he admitted to his false statements claiming that he was delinquent "Past Due" to his vendors and they refused to deliver orders until his debt was paid. However, when he attempted to negotiate payments, his vendors withheld the orders asserting they would not be released until Houman cleared his entire debt. Houman exacerbated this fraud for nearly five (5) months offering discounts on orders that he knew that he could not deliver. And he accepted orders from us knowingly, willfully and intentionally when he was embroiled in law suites with the very vendors who refused any future business.

We witnessed the identical complaints from numerous other customers also demanding refunds as we did for failures to deliver. It appears they use your deposits to pay down their debts to deliver on the oldest orders and rely on new business in a vicious cycle. When they burn to many vendors and customers they close the business and reopen under another entity, and start new vendor accounts with third-party vendors who also ultimately get burned.  Don't take our word for it lookup the business entities and his name, and his aliases on the Orange County Superior Court Website, Also Fraud Alert Websites, Google Search and the BBB. 

WARNING DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE BUSINESS ENTITIES OR THIS BUSINESS OWNER.  AND TO THE OTHER VICTIMS OUT THERE "DON'T BE SILENT LET YOUR VOICES BE HEARD" CRIMINAL BEHAVIOR CAN ONLY BE STOPPED WHEN YOU GET INVOLVED AND REPORT IT.
