Excellent Productions and RX Star USA, an owner proclaimed natural supplement manufacturing laboratory states that they make all natural plant based nutritional supplements in various forms. Their websites state that all products are free from any chemicals and that they TEST at the potency they state on their PO Invoices. A supported firm ordered several products from RX Star USA in a mix of Kratom and Kava and Mushrooms. RX Star USA produced the product but when tested it did not have the agreed to potency. ( documented ) After attempting to fix the problem several times they continued to miss the testing. (documented ) and then after order was received decided to take our formula and sell their own version of this on their own website. The owner called to say we need to sign a non compete with him in order for him to NOT sell our formula with his label. ( documented )

In a seperate issue RX Star was given $5,500 dollars to purchase half of a large $11,000 order of Hemp derived seltzer / kratom beverages. The check was written and after a short stint failed due to the owners sketchy business practices that were witnessed, I decided to not work with them. When requested, the money was not refunded. ( documented )  The owner kept the product and said he would only release 50% ( or my percentage paid ) of the product purchased back to me not a check. After several email exchanges, the owner agreed to half the product per the purchase price - less any samples given out. When the product was picked up...there was only $2,826 dollars worth of product. Decided it was not worth arguments but rather posting the truth for all to see as a WARNING.
