We parked our car and left our keys with Extra Car Airport Parking, Inc. from December 14 – 20, 2022 Our car was covered with snow and ice when we picked it up. The next morning in our garage the damage was obvious (we pass by in a narrow garage to get in the driver’s side door). We have photos that show the deep gouges that are on the driver side fender and front door. These were not there when we parked our car. We have now gotten estimates which range from $1500 – 2900 to repair the damage caused by the Extra Car staff.
I have called Michael Vergillo, Owner/President/Member, numerous times leaving voicemails and have sent emails but have gotten no response of any kind. This appears to be their standard approach.
