I told them that I wanted to redeem an item. She said I had to pay the interest first. Paid her well over 10 times the minimum interest for the amount of this loan. She then said I needed to sign a new document. After that she said it would cost me almost $20 more than the principal to redeem it. Her answer it was a new loan and that's our minimum interest. Because she created a new loan when I told her that I was there to redeem the item? Less than 5 minutes after I told her that I was there to redeem the item? NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH EZ PAWN. THIS IS STEALING.
