Ferrible Horrible "attempt” of a buying experience

I ordered 4 t-shirts on May 17, 2023, which were never received. In contacting the company, they offered to replace or refund the order, which had already taken over a month, so I requested a refund. They haggled with me back and forth, offering 50%, 70% and 90% of the order amount. I finally agreed to a 90% refund (total order was $33.85, and received a confirmation that they were refunding $1.69. This is now being reported here, as well as the BBB, as this is just a complete scam.
